1. No Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
MotionMagic Media operates a strict NO REFUND policy. Once a WiFi voucher has been generated and delivered to your email, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Reason for No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital service:
- WiFi voucher codes are generated instantly upon successful payment
- Once generated, the voucher code grants immediate access to our network
- We cannot verify whether a voucher has been used or shared
- Digital services cannot be "returned" like physical products
3. Customer Responsibilities
Before making a purchase, customers must:
Use a Valid Email Address
Ensure you enter a correct and accessible email address. Voucher codes are sent only to the email provided during purchase. We are not responsible for vouchers sent to incorrect or inaccessible email addresses.
Store Voucher Code Safely
Immediately copy and save your voucher code in a secure location upon receipt. Lost or forgotten voucher codes cannot be recovered or reissued.
Select the Correct Plan
Review your selected plan carefully before payment. Once purchased, plans cannot be exchanged or modified.
Check Email Spam/Junk Folder
If you don't receive the voucher code, check your spam or junk folder. Add our email to your contacts to prevent future emails from being filtered.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders for WiFi vouchers cannot be cancelled once the payment process has been initiated. The voucher generation is automated and occurs immediately upon payment confirmation.
5. Failed Transactions
In case of failed transactions:
- If payment fails, no voucher will be generated
- Failed payment amounts are automatically refunded by the payment gateway (Razorpay)
- Refunds for failed transactions typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account
- For issues with failed transaction refunds, please contact Razorpay support or your bank
6. Technical Issues
In the rare event of a technical issue where:
- Payment was successful but no voucher was generated, OR
- Voucher email was not received (after checking spam folder)
Please contact us at support@motionmagic.co.in with:
- Your payment transaction ID / Order ID
- Email address used for purchase
- Date and time of transaction
- Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available)
We will investigate and resolve the issue within 24-48 hours.
7. Exceptions
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Voucher codes that have been used (even partially)
- Lost or forgotten voucher codes
- Emails sent to wrong or inaccessible email addresses
- Change of mind after purchase
- Unsatisfactory internet speed (speeds are subject to network conditions)
- Expired vouchers (if not used within validity period after first login)
- Vouchers shared with or used by third parties
8. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a legitimate concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving genuine issues fairly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in being blocked from future purchases.
