3. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and valid email address for voucher delivery
• Safely store and copy your voucher code immediately upon receipt
• Use the internet access for lawful purposes only
• Not engage in any illegal activities while using our WiFi service
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Not share your voucher code with unauthorized individuals
• Not use the service for any commercial redistribution

4. User Liability

Important: This service is provided for personal use only. The User is solely responsible for all activities conducted using the WiFi access obtained through our vouchers. MotionMagic Media shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, legal consequences, or illegal activities conducted by the User while using our internet service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MotionMagic Media from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway
• We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Digital Wallets
• Payment must be completed before voucher generation
• You will receive a payment confirmation via email

6. Voucher Terms

• Each voucher code is valid for single use only
• Voucher validity period starts from the time of first use/login
• Unused voucher codes remain valid until used
• Lost or forgotten voucher codes cannot be recovered - please store them safely
• Voucher codes are non-transferable and for personal use only

7. No Refund Policy

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a voucher has been generated and delivered. Please ensure you copy and safely store your voucher code immediately upon receipt. Use a valid, working email address to ensure successful delivery of your voucher code.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability of the WiFi service
• Specific internet speeds (speeds may vary based on network conditions)
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Accessing illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
• Downloading or distributing copyrighted material without authorization
• Sending spam or malicious content
• Attempting to hack or compromise network security

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
